These Terms of Use govern your use of Photo AI on ktt4.com. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Photo AI allows users to upload an image, select an effect, and create an AI-generated image. The service may change, add, remove, or update effects and features at any time.
2. Your Uploaded Content
You keep your rights in content you upload. By uploading an image, you give us the limited permission necessary to store, resize, transmit, process, and display that image for the purpose of operating Photo AI and producing the result you requested.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the image, including permission from people shown in the image where required.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Photo AI to upload, generate, distribute, or attempt to create content that:
- violates applicable law or another person's rights;
- is fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or intended to harass someone;
- contains sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors;
- infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
- contains malware, harmful code, or attempts to interfere with the website or its security;
- uses automated systems to abuse the service, bypass limits, or create excessive requests.
4. AI-Generated Results
AI-generated images can be inaccurate, unexpected, or different from the uploaded person or requested style. We do not guarantee that a result will be realistic, unique, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from visual errors.
You are responsible for reviewing a generated image before sharing, publishing, or relying on it.
5. Storage and Expiration
Uploaded images and generated results are temporary. Uploaded original photos and generated images may be stored for up to 30 days and may then be automatically deleted. You should save any generated image you want to keep.
We do not guarantee permanent availability of any generated image or sharing link.
6. Public Sharing
If you use a sharing feature, the generated image may be accessible through a public URL. Do not share content that you do not want others to be able to view.
7. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The service may display third-party advertising and may use third-party technology providers, including AI processing and advertising services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, ads, products, or their separate terms and privacy practices.
8. Availability and Limits
We may limit, suspend, or discontinue access to all or part of the service for maintenance, security, technical, legal, cost, or abuse-prevention reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Intellectual Property
The Photo AI website, branding, interface, software, and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our website, code, branding, or service.
10. Disclaimer
Photo AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Photo AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, reputation, or opportunities resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
12. Termination
We may restrict or block use of the service where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the service is being abused, or restriction is necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Photo AI after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
