This Privacy Policy explains how Photo AI on ktt4.com collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our AI photo creation service.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Photo AI, we may process the following information:

• Photos you upload. You choose the image that is used to create an AI-generated result.
• Generated images. We store the image created by the service so it can be displayed and shared.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting, security, advertising, and analytics systems may receive information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, timestamps, and similar technical data.
• Cookies and similar technologies. These may be used for language preferences, basic site functionality, advertising, fraud prevention, and traffic measurement.

2. How Uploaded Photos Are Used

Your uploaded photo is used to provide the photo effect you request. A reduced-size version of the image may be sent to our AI processing provider, currently OpenAI, together with instructions needed to create the requested result.

We do not sell your uploaded photos. We do not use your uploaded photos to identify who you are.

3. Photo Retention

Uploaded original photos may be stored on our server for up to 30 days and are then scheduled for automatic deletion. AI-generated images may also be stored for up to 30 days so that sharing links can continue to work during that period.

Automatic deletion is performed periodically, so deletion may not occur at the exact second the 30-day period expires.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate Photo AI. These services may process limited information as necessary to provide their functions. They may include:

• OpenAI for AI image processing.
• Google AdSense for advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads in accordance with their own policies.
• Hosting, security, and traffic-measurement providers used to keep the website available and understand website usage.

Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

5. Advertising and Cookies

Photo AI displays advertising, including ads provided by Google. Advertising providers may use cookies, device information, or similar technologies to personalize or measure advertising where permitted by law and according to your choices.

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect website functionality or ad personalization.

6. Sharing

If you choose to share a generated image, a public sharing page may be created for that image. Anyone who has the sharing link may be able to view the generated image while the link and image remain available.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the service. However, no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to ask a privacy question or request assistance relating to content you uploaded. Because the service can be used without creating an account, we may need the relevant sharing link or other information to locate a specific image.

9. Children

Photo AI is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the service, contact us so we can review the request.

10. International Processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. By using Photo AI, you understand that information may be processed where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
